Noise Policy - Indoor/Outdoor Entertainment
To maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and comply with City of Clayton ordinances, all renters
must adhere to the following noise policies:
1. Outdoor Sound Regulations:

NO live entertainment or bands allowed outside.

Small speakers (e.g., from a phone or tablet) are permitted ONLY

Sound systems must be kept at a volume that does not disturb neighboring properties, and cannot be heard at the neighbor's property line.

Speakers must be positioned facing inward toward the building and away from residential homes.
2. Indoor Events:

Indoor music must comply with City of Clayton noise ordinances at all times.

Keep the doors closed at all times.
3. Guest Behavior:

All event guests must minimize noise when entering and leaving the property.
4. Signage:

Noise reminder signs are posted at entrances and event areas.
5. Compliance:

If law enforcement or venue staff request a reduction in sound levels, renters must comply immediately.

Failure to comply may result in early termination of the event and loss of any deposits.
