To maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and comply with City of Clayton ordinances, all renters
must adhere to the following noise policies:

 1. Outdoor Sound Regulations:

• NO live entertainment or bands allowed outside.

• Small speakers (e.g., from a phone or tablet) are permitted ONLY

• Sound systems must be kept at a volume that does not disturb neighboring properties, and cannot be heard at the neighbor's property line. 

• Speakers must be positioned facing inward toward the building and away from residential homes.

 2. Indoor Events:

• Indoor music must comply with City of Clayton noise ordinances at all times.

• Keep the doors closed at all times.

 3. Guest Behavior:

• All event guests must minimize noise when entering and leaving the property.

 4. Signage:

• Noise reminder signs are posted at entrances and event areas.

​

 5. Compliance:

• If law enforcement or venue staff request a reduction in sound levels, renters must comply immediately.

• Failure to comply may result in early termination of the event and loss of any deposits.
